From Helen's heart to yours

I do what I love.  And I love connecting great people to other great people.  It was one of the most satisfying parts of owning and operating The Yoga Studio, Toronto, for so many years.  And when I give my legendary parties, I just love feeling the energy, hearing the buzz, seeing like-minded people connect and share.

Now, I'm hosting a brand new monthly social salon called BUDDHA GROOVE TORONTO - life enhancing, artful, and designed with an open heart!
